We want you to be obsessed with your new dark fashion, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings, face masks, and intimate apparel are final sale.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
